What we process
Only what you fill in on the contact form: name, email, campsite name and, if given, phone and message. This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why
To answer your request for CampReg access and arrange setting up your campsite. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long
The request is delivered by email to our inbox and is not stored in the application. We delete the email within 24 months at the latest if we do not start working together.
Who receives it
No one except the infrastructure providers that run the website and email for us (Microsoft Azure, data centre in Western Europe).
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, and object to its processing. Email us at the address below. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
